It all began on October 2005 when Ato Atienza reintroduced airsoft gaming to the gang every Sunday afternoons at the Batangas Provincial Sports Complex in Brgy. Sta. Rita, Batangas City using ACM guns like M83s and H&K MP5As. Reintroduced, since some of the current members were once part of an airsoft team that played way back in the early 90’s mostly using FLON-propelled toy guns.
On a Christmas night in 2005, while having the traditional get-together at Vergara Street, Cocoy De Loyola, Dondon Portugal, Nozel De Vera, Rhomel Dinglasan, Raymund Arceo and Jojo Mangubat thought of the idea of giving the team a formal name. "ALA EH" was collectively chosen because it is a unique expression inherent to all Batangueños. Thus, the team become known as the Ala Eh Airsoft Team or Team ALAS.
A game venue was inaugurated in a 3-hectare rolling terrain bushland at Brgy. Bilogo, Batangas City. This area became the Official Gamesite of TEAM ALAS and was initially named CAMP BUBUT (Now Camp Bubut Mulach) ;D Starting out... with kids even! But seriously, trying not to act our age...First Photo Op in BDUs...A Growing family then...
